This pre-recorded series includes 4 videos and 4 sets of custom worksheets. Each video is between 40-60 minutes, and includes a lecture and description of Tips, Notes and Exercises, which will be outlined in your worksheets.
You’ll probably want to set-aside between 1-3 hours to complete each worksheet PDF (depending on how deep you decide to go!).
